A brand-new globalpetroadvisors.com built around a smart chat: visitors say what they want and get answers right away. It went live on globalpetroadvisors.com on Sat Oct 17; the old WordPress site is backed up in GPA's Drive and its hosting ends Nov 18.

  • Buyers say what they're looking for and see matching listings.
  • Sellers get a ballpark value in about a minute, using Bill's own method: cash flow (SDE) × multiple, plus the property if they own it.
  • "See our current listings" for the "what do you have for sale?" callers. Exact locations only after a quick NDA right on the page, which protects owners and staff (same as our Crexi practice today).
  • Smart state picker: the visitor's state shows up first as one tap, or they pick from the full list.
  • "Email me my breakdown": the owner gets their numbers plus a warm note from Stasi & Bill, and we get a hot lead.
  • "Get an intro (lender, attorney & more)": buyers pick from GPA's trusted pros and verified local ones in their state and ask for a warm intro; every request comes to GPA as a lead.
  • Buyers can paste a listing link (Crexi, LoopNet and others) and ask about it: why they're selling, the numbers, how offers work, SBA financing. No match? They get the 3 best on the market or an alert when one comes up.
  • Personal deal scout: buyers get their 5 best matches by email within seconds, their own page with every match, each new listing as it hits the market, and an “Interested?” button on other brokers' listings so GPA reaches out for them.
  • Works for gas stations, c-stores, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants and more. New people still flow into our existing system: GPA number, Drive folder, HubSpot. Website NDAs and proof of funds file straight into the buyer's own Drive folder; signed LOIs go to the deal's folder.
